Have a good laugh at Theater Casino Zug
For over 10 years now, our English Stand-up Comedy has been a regular source of laughter. Even if you’ve just arrived in Zug, while in the Theater Casino Zug you can consider yourself a local or at least get in touch with some real Swiss, have a good laugh together and enjoy the local curiosity about British humour.
The fish and chips are produced locally but à la British, while the beer and the comedians are the freshest, finest imports that can be mustered. Most important is the audience: a true melting pot of nations worldwide. This is Zug – welcome home!
Josephine Lacey first came onto the London comedy circuit in October 2008. Drawing on her Jamaican Irish heritage and life experience she delivers her material with an honest
humour and a natural raw energy with the guile and wisdom of someone that has been there, done it and bought the t-shirt, delivering her material with an effortless charm and huge smile that leaves audiences loving her and wanting more.
Josephine is a regular performer on the London, UK and Ireland comedy circuits, as well as other European countries. She is regularly booked as the headline act.
Josephine is also a popular emcee and is resident at the well-known ‘The Top Secret Comedy Clubs’, where audiences and comedians alike are safe in her hands!
2024 saw Josephine selling out her debut solo show ‘Autism Mama’ at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and at the fabulous Soho Theatre, London, gaining rave 5 & 4 star
reviews.
