For over 10 years now, our English Stand-up Comedy has been a regular source of laughter. Even if you’ve just arrived in Zug, while in the Theater Casino Zug you can consider yourself a local or at least get in touch with some real Swiss, have a good laugh together and enjoy the local curiosity about British humour.
The fish and chips are produced locally but à la British, while the beer and the comedians are the freshest, finest imports that can be mustered. Most important is the audience: a true melting pot of nations worldwide.

Adam Bloom is undoubtedly one of Britain’s most exciting and original stand-up comedians. He has performed seven sell-out solo runs at The Edinburgh Festival. He has also performed a twenty-nine date, sell-out tour of the UK. In 2004 Adam was part of Just For Laughs Comedy Tour, where he performed to over 42,000 people in 17 cities across Canada. He’s also performed at Just For Laughs festival in Montreal four times between 1998 & 2013, performing at two JFL TV Galas (2001 & 2005) and one JFL TV recording (2013). He has also provided additional material for over 50 other people, making him one of the country's most prolific comedy writers.
Christian Reilly's first comedy gig was in the Perrier Award-winning show, ‘Rich Hall is Otis Lee Crenshaw’. He is a global comedy circuit headliner and has appeared at numerous international comedy festivals, on BBC radio and TV, and in four series of the Chortle Award-winning stand-up and sketch show ‘Richard Herring: As It Occurs To Me’. In 2015, BBC Radio 4 followed Christian on the road to the Edinburgh Fringe for ‘Lives In a Landscape’. 2016 saw Christian taking his comedy to Australia as part of Perth’s Fringeworld festival. Christian has performed at the Edinburgh Festival since 1999, and his most recent show, Gig Economy, was released on DVD through Go Faster Stripe in 2019.
