Exactly one year after his first very successful guest appearance, the chef of Villa Luisa returns to Zug! Bringing not only the typical Mallorcan cuisine, but also excellent wines from the sunshine island of Europe.
The culinary arts will be celebrated over two evenings. Guests can expect an exciting 5-course menu including an aperitif, spiced with the finest delicacies from Mallorca.
Who is Lluis Got? The 35-year-old chef graduated from the renowned Hoteleria de les Illes Baleares and worked early on in the best restaurants on the island, before also expanding his experience on the Spanish mainland. In addition to the Els Tinars restaurant in Girona, which was awarded 1 Michelin star, he also worked at the famous Kaagman & Kortekaas in Amsterdam.
