How do I buy tickets from the web shop?
Choose your seats or the number of tickets, then select any discounts you wish to use here. Click on "Add seats to shopping cart". Your basket will show you which tickets you have selected thus far. If you are a registered user, type in your user name and your password.
Choosing how to pay for and receive your tickets:
- Post: Tickets plus invoice by post (handling fee plus postage costs: CHF 10.00) or
- Post: Immediate payment by credit card and tickets sent by post (postage costs of CHF 5.00), or
- Collection: Payment by credit card and tickets to be collected from the box office (no fee), or
- Print@Home: Payment by credit card and Print@Home using your own printer (no fee)
Methods of payment accepted by the web shop: MasterCard, Visa and Post Office "Postcard"
If you select Print@Home as your method of payment, you can print out your tickets or vouchers yourself. Simply click on the download link alongside the ticket or voucher in question. You can then print the ticket in A4 format on your own printer.
You can also print the booking confirmation. Your booking is not complete and the tickets / seats are not secured until you receive this notification.
Can I order tickets by telephone?
You can call the Theater Casino Zug ticket sales department from Sept. 4., Monday to Friday between 11 am – 17 pm on 041 729 05 05.
The office is closed between Christmas and New Year.
Can I order tickets by e-mail?
Please send us your full address and telephone number, and state which event you wish to see, which category of tickets, how many seats and any reductions you may have. As soon as we have processed your booking, you will receive an e-mail asking you to pick your tickets up within ten days.
How do I buy vouchers from the web shop?
You will find vouchers under the "Vouchers" tab in the web shop.
How do I use vouchers?
Either in your basket (enter the voucher code, e.g. "ABCDEFG"), or when buying tickets directly from the Theater Casino Zug.
When does the box office open ahead of performances?
The box office will open one hour before performances begin: 041 729 05 55
Where can I find my previous orders?
Once you have registered or logged in, click on the "My zone" tab to find your previous orders.
Can I change my customer and/or address information myself?
Once you have registered or logged in, click on the "My zone" tab to find and update your customer information.
