Together with artists Marie Jeger and Rosanna Zünd, the youngest theatergoers aged five to nine and their companions are playfully immersed in the world of theater. The focus is on the fun of discovery. The combination of play, movement, and music draws inspiration from the production «We come from far far away,» which is being performed in parallel for children aged 10 and older on the theater stage.

The whole family is now invited to the «Junges Foyer» format, which features four selected productions. In addition to attending the performance, there are activities for younger children. While the older children attend the performance, the «Junges Foyer» offers an interactive art program for younger children and one accompanying adult. Before and after the performance, there are further activities for the whole family, such as a guided tour of the theater, a space for meeting others, or a post-performance discussion. The «Junges Foyer» bar is open to all visitors.

Marie Jeger
Marie Jeger (1992) arbeitet als Tänzerin, Choreografin und Musikerin und bewegt sich mit den Mitteln Stimme, Körper und Viola. Sie studierte zuerst Musikpädagogik an der Musikakademie Basel und HKB, worauf ein Zweitstudium in zeitgenössischem Tanz an der La Manufacture (2021) in Lausanne folgte. Sie ist in verschiedenen Kollaborationen aktiv, u.A. als Teil der cie. zisch, die mit ihrer Erstproduktion von kicks! ausgewählt und am Tanzhaus Zürich, Dampfzentrale Bern sowie Theater am Gleis in Winterthur gezeigt wurde. Für Performances und Workshops arbeitet sie rund um Basel, Zürich und Genf. In ihrer choreografischen Recherche spielt sie mit der Form des menschlichen Körpers und dem Dialog von Gedanken und Bewegung, wobei die Stimme häufig als musikalisches Stilmittel eingesetzt wird.

Rosanna Zünd
Rosanna Zünd (1993) ist freischaffende Komponistin, Live-Musikerin und Performerin. Sie hat ein Studium in Komposition für Film, Theater und Medien (Bachelor & Master, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste) sowie Advanced Studies for Experimental Music and SoundArt abgeschlossen.
Sie kollaboriert mit Theaterkollektiven wie der grosse tyrann und Kim Emanuel Stadelmann & Kompliz:innen. Sie baut elektroakustische Instrumente, komponiert für Kurz- und Langspielfilme und tritt unter anderem mit der Band Acid Amazonians sowie ihrem Solo-Projekt Stella & The Fridge auf. Zünds musikalischer Stil ist geprägt von Tasten (Akkordeon und Keys), Stimmsamples, Field Recordings und eingängigen Melodien.
Sie ist Preisträgerin des PEER-RABEN Music Award für die beste Musik in einem Kurzfilm (Soundtrack Cologne10).
