Theatre Club for all generations

In the 2025/26 season, Theater Casino Zug will open its doors even wider and launch a cross-generational play club for everyone aged 9 to 99.

In this new piece, people from Zug from different walks of life and generations come together to explore the future of their hometown. They present their vision to the audience in a dazzling collage of theatre, dance, sound, and film. Across familial, professional, and community boundaries, an intergenerational dialogue emerges, raising questions such as: “What was it like when you were my age? What will it be like when I am your age?” Together, they develop a visionary story for their city that goes beyond individual experiences. In the process, they discover that despite different perspectives, experiences, and thoughts, they are connected through their shared journey into the future of their—and our—city, their curiosity, and the joy of creating something unique on stage. Zug is changing, and we will meet again in this new future!
