«Weihnachtszauber» («The Magic of Christmas») sees the Zuger Sinfonietta revive the much-loved tradition of Christmas carols in Zug. Schoolchildren from every municipality in Zug will take to the stage of the Theater Casino to perform a varied programme from timeless classics through to lesser known yet equally captivating Christmas songs from a whole host of cultures.
The young singers will be accompanied by a large orchestra made up of professionals from the Zuger Sinfonietta and talented youngsters from the city and the canton. The concert is deliberately aimed at a wide audience, most notably families with children, with the opportunity to sing along to certain carols.
Bringing this Zug tradition with its magical festive atmosphere back to life promises to be a treat for all the family!
