The International Dance Competition Berlin (IDC) is one of the most exciting events for young dancers in all of Europe and now it is coming to Switzerland for the first time, here at the Theater Casino Zug. The competition gives talented youngsters from across the country the opportunity to demonstrate their skills on a professional stage. Participants are divided into different age-groups and dance styles and perform for an international jury of renowned dancers, teachers and choreographers. As well as prizes and awards, there are also scholarships for international dance programmes and workshops to be won, giving talented young dancers the opportunity to enhance their artistic development. The audience will be treated not just to impressive choreographies but also the energy and enthusiasm that young dancers have to offer.
