Avatars | Experiment | Transience

Four actors are waiting on an abandoned set, but filming never gets under way. As they sit there, they realise that they can no longer leave the set. Existential questions then arise, about their own futures and the world outside. The production centres on the threat to the film industry of AI and digital technologies, and combines acting, live cameras, avatars and AI to create a multimedia experiment, increasingly blurring the boundaries between fiction and reality.
