Liquid Families

In «Liquid Families», sound and movement, people and objects, art and music all interlink in a unique way. It all centres around a process and a community whereby an emotionally-charged choir combines objects to create a fascinating space installation.

 Different types of collaboration are tested out over a number of hours. Movements are improvised and create a harmony that can be experienced by both the artists involved and the audience. 

Choreographer Nicole Seiler divides her time equally between professional artists and amateur singers. These shows at the Theater Casino Zug will exclusively feature singers from the local area to link the performance to the place where it is being staged in a special way. «Liquid Families» also sees Seiler working for the first time with artistic duo Gerda Steiner and Jörg Lenzlinger. Their performances have a deep-seated awareness of ecological issues, and a commitment to symbiosis and to the awareness of the beauty of complexity and diversity.
