Good jazz, good company
For all lovers of the beautiful and timeless, but freshly celebrated classics of the Great American Songbook. Florian Egli, Jonas Ruther and Raphael Walser have gained a name with the monthly concert series «The Jazz Trio Invites» in their hometown Zurich in the last years. They play newly interpreted, known and popular jazz evergreens, which they transport into the future with deep sensitivity and respect towards the tradition, but very consciously and focused.

The 23/24 season will again see the first Wednesday of the month devoted to jazz, with the Swiss jazz scene back in the Bar & Lounge of the Theater Casino Zug. As US legend Charlie Parker once said: «Jazz is more than just music, jazz is a way of life», and this motto certainly applied to the musicians that we will be sending your way, ready to improvise and give their creativity free rein. Tap into their energy and talk a walk on the jazzy side.
