The world is out of alignment. Instead of peace, there is war. In place of the dead father, it is the uncle on the throne, whom Hamlet’s mother has married in haste. Hamlet learns of all this while he is away on his studies. When he travels back for the burial, he finds himself at the wedding and must now take revenge for the murder of his father.
