Stair-free Access
Access to the Theatersaal is via a long staircase, and the theatre itself also has steps. Until January 2011, the only lift available is for staff and not available for the public. Should you require the use of a lift, please inform the ticket desk in good time before the performance begins and we will be more than pleased to help you.
The main floor of the Grosser Casinosaal is wheelchair accessible, whereas the gallery can only be reached via a steep flight of stairs.
There are five steps on the way up to the Kleiner Casinosaal. We will be more than pleased to help you should you require assistance when attending a performance, so please contact us in advance.
Wheelchair Seating
The Theatersaal has wheelchair spaces in Row 19 (seating chart), with seats for those accompanying right behind on Row 20. Access to these seats is via the Theater Casino public lift.
For performances with numbered seats (seating chart) in the Grosser Casinosaal, specific tickets can be booked for those in wheelchairs. For unreserved seating, wheelchair users also have their choice of where to sit.
Free seating for wheelchair users is also available for performances in the Kleiner Casinosaal, which can only be reached via a small staircase however.
Please find all information about the booking and the prices of tickets for people with wheelchairs here.
Elevator
From January 2011, the Theater Casino Zug will have an elevator available to the public which will considerably improve access to the Theatersaal foyer, the toilets and the restaurant.
Toilets
Toilets with wheelchair access are located alongside the Casino Great Hall. From January 2011 onwards, they will also be accessible via a lift open to the public.
